No sex or nothing, but the girl lied when she said she was 18 and apparently she had sex earlier that night or she lied. But the detective said it was no big deal and he just wants to close the case.

AHAHAHAHA  Her father can report you for kidnapping then.  Whether she went willingly or not.  Across state lines == bad if her dad doesn't like you.  Out of country == even worse.

And yes, if you have consensual with a minor and their parents press charges (in some states, the parents don't even have to press charges, the State does it for the minor) you will be posted on a Sex Crimes site.  Your picture, where you live, where you work, and what you did, when you were charged with the crime...
